The process was easy. I forgot to put a delivery address, I received an email and two phone calls that morning. Once I returned the call, they corrected my mistake and the flowers were delivered that day. My wife said the flowers were amazing.

The service was delivered as promised, with no problems or delays. The condition of the flowers was almost exactly as promised in the photo.
